Effective coaching skills are fast becoming one of the key differentiators for high performing managers. This programme allows attendees to benchmark their own coaching style and look at various techniques to ensure their coaching techniques mirror the very latest in best practice.
 
objectives of workshop
 
By the end of this programme attendees will be able to:-
  • Recognise the importance of coaching team members to both aid their development and manage them effectively.
  • Recognise the steps of the GROW Model and how this relates to the overall coaching process.
  • Deploy different ways of giving feedback, that is positively received and will help develop and motivate your coachees
  • Set clear expectations with coachees, and assess the realistic outcomes.
  • Analyse and assess their own coaching style, through feedback on their coaching style.

This is a programme where you will be actively coaching other attendees, allowing you to put into practice the techniques that have been discussed
